If so, I really hope that my Patriots pick him. We definitely need a pass rusher and I think he fits the “BB” type of player!

I think Davenport has been experiencing a lot of the same things that happened to Clowney his senior year at South Carolina.....everyone knew he was going to be the #1 pick overall.....and all the teams did was double team him and run away from him....and his stats took a huge dip....

The draft is in Jerry world this year!!!! That's awesome I see a ton of teams needing a pass rusher. I guarantee he will be at the combine. He will be a 2-3 round player. He's special and our biggest recruit ever

??? He was only a 2-star Rivals recruit out of HS? He may well end up our biggest star to date, but we've had many bigger/higher-rated recruits. Just goes to show, it's a lot more than star-ratings coming out of high school. I think we all tend to place way too much emphasis on that.

Yeah. He was 6-7 215 lbs. he was waiting for us to offer him, and we did on national signing day.

He almost went to UNLV before flipping to UTSA.

Agreed. We're still playing with mostly under-the-radar kids who are playing beyond their star ranking. The only problem is there just isn't a lot of depth at key positions in this situation.

Yep, his other most notable offer was UNLV. Jarveon's was FAU and Morgan had no other offers. All Coker guys. Funny how some people only blame him for the guys that didn't pan out.
