I think we should be realistic and accept our baseline to be about 23k and hope for 30k in phenomenal years. I believe you mentioned that our previous attendance was due to the novelty factor and that sounds right.

That being said, we haven't had a game under 30k in a couple of years.

If you use Houston as a benchmark, then a long term solution like a tarp should be resolved for the upper deck

What happened to the ITC parking across I-37? For the first 2 or 3 years (can't remember), they had Non-Tailgating Annual Parking Passes at ITC and you just walked under the bridge directly in to the Dome. We had little ones at the time and didn't want to do tailgating, so they worked out perfect. They were cheap ($60 no RAF needed) and they also let in other cars that paid on gameday. I love my Lot B passes now and wouldn't go back, but it was a nice option especially if they did it like UT events and made it available as online purchase only for single game purchases (add a small service fee for singles and make a little more too). Lots of parking, easy walk, seems like a no-brainer.

Looks like they still offer them for $120/year. http://www.texancultures.com/parking...otball_season/

Wow, good find. They don't advertise them very well because I hadn't been told or heard about them since they told me that wasn't an available site anymore. It wasn't a bad place to park, though pricier now than they used to be.

I can't believe the marketing apparatus at UTSA isn't getting it done. Amazing.

I remember getting an email about it, can't find it though.

But the parking at the Tower is $5 less.

But there are those who are trying to justify not going to UTSA games and using any reason necessary. I mean other than teleportation, parking will be an issue.

To be fair, ITC parking lot is very small. They probably sell out without advertising it.
