Keuchel up for today's game... the Astros need to regain the lead if they want to win this series.

Astros are fucked. Bringing in Giles (who's been iffy) for 6 outs was a huge mistake. Not only did they end up losing the game, but the guy's confidence has to be at rock bottom. I think every starting Yankee player that has faced him has gotten a hit or reached base. Who's gonna close now?

The Yankees weren't even supposed to be good this year. Maybe next year or two years from now. All the pressure is on the Astros.

The bigger issue for the Astros is their bats have been quite this whole series. They got 3 hits yesterday. They need to change that quick.

I'll agree that the bullpen management was a problem but I think it started by pulling McCullers a little too soon. It felt like panic ensued after that. The situation reminded me of when Ron Washington went through the bullpen trying to get 1 out to win the World Series, ultimately losing the game and then the Cardinals ended winning the whole thing the following game.

It seems like managers get a little to paranoid during the playoffs. Sometimes that nervous tension rattles the bullpen.

The pressure that comes with being the prohibitive favorite to win the pennant doesn't help either.

True, especially for a young team like the Astros.

The mental aspect of playing baseball is brutal.

I cant believe that the Astros' bats have been ice cold! I hope home field helps them get through this series.
