    Coach Luby, not Henson.

Luby is a great mind (truly, one of the best in women's bball) but as a head coach, his teams were underperforming.

Time for all of our sports to have a go for the jugular attitude. That attitude starts at the top. Our coaches are ready for war and Lynn Hickey is our James Mattis.

Don't wanna sound like a Debbie, but I'm not completely sold on Kristen Holt. She had only moderate success in her 4 seasons at Colorado State. She took a 4-28 team from the year prior to her arrival to 10-21, and then 13-17 the year after that. She seemed to plateau after her second year though, as her 3rd year was just 14-16, and her team then fell back down to 13-17 in her 4th season. So her aggregate record in her 4 years there was 50-61. Incidentally, after she was let go at Colorado State, the Rams' next coach, Ryun Williams, has since taken the Rams to 90-37 in his 4 seasons, including 31-2 last year. Maybe we'll be a better fit for her than Colorado State was though.

Just wondering why it had to be this close to the season to let him go....also why hire an internal. What's the point if you want to go in a different direction???

I like her. I'm behind her and the girls! If you want to use past records, let me remind you of a few coaches that did poorly early on...Bill Belichick, Gino Auriemma, Tom Landry, Vince Lombardi and John Wooden. I'm not comparing to these coaches, I'm just saying you have to start somewhere.
