Really our group is just replacing some worn out materials.

New canopy from Costco. 13x13, $125 I believe.

    New tailgating speaker.

Thinking of adding a big outdoor fan for the those hot tailgates.

    Is it a UTSA canopy?

If a UTSA canopy, which Costco?

I just purchased 9 yesterday, which is my maximum allowed per RAF guidelines. When I asked for a 10th, I was denied and advised I'd have to donate more up to the next level.

I do not understand why I am limited. You want to grow the tailgating experience, but limit the number of passes? Makes zero sense to me.

First of all, 9 parking passes, holy cow that's awesome.

In regards to the parking passes, there has to be some type of control, balance and reward. (These are my opinions, nothing I've heard or read from UTSA.)

Most of us know that you have a hardcore tailgate and that your use of parking passes helps show everyone what an awesome part of the Roadrunner football game day experience tailgating is.

But, if enough other RAF donors ran into a situation where they didn't have a chance to get any parking passes at all because the passes were "gobbled up" by a small number of tailgating groups then we could start to run into issues maintaining season ticket holders.

You've seen how wisely we use them. There's no shortage of fans at our tailgates. We welcome everyone, have free beer, and free food. DJ running all day and TV streaming college football all day.

From day one everyone made me feel welcome in the lots and it's been my pleasure to grow this tailgate and get as many people hyped up for games as I can.

It never seems "sold out" in lot b and definitely not lot c, so we are seemingly nowhere near sold out. Wish I could get my hands on more passes. I would use extras to entice more people to come to games.

I never order my full allotment of parking passes. You can have mine if you want. We can work something out with the financials.
