I like getting the mixed 6-pk sometimes also.

The coffee flavor was not over powering or fake tasting. I actually enjoyed this beer and would drink again.

I thought about getting this over the weekend but instead got my usual six-pack of Alamo Golden Ale. I'll have to give this a try next time though.

    Default Beer

Life events encouraged me to refrain from alcoholic beverages for a few months.

I'm happy to announce I'm off the wagon.

I had some of my first beers in Oklahoma. I meet up with some old paratrooper brothers to celebrate the life of a buddy that had to "slip away".

The 8 of us drank 30 pitchers of beer. (Damn low ABC OK beer.) Lol

But, now I'm home drinking delicious, manly IPA's.

    Default Beer

Tonight I tried Double Tap double IPA by Infamous Brewing Company.

It was difficult to identify a particular flavor. First flow of beer is almost flavorless followed by a slight alcohol taste.

Later there's a slight flowery taste. Almost a whiskey flavor.

Not what I was expecting. This will be a tough (and expensive) six pack to finish.

Want to try a couple? PM me tonight only and you can swing by and have one with me. Before 10p.

I recently had Spotted Cow and Totally Naked, both Wisconsin beers, plus Leinenkugel Summer Shandy which I drank for 4 days straight on top of the other 2. Stayed at a Staybridge Suites in Oconomowoc Wisconsin and they served it off tap for free 3 days in a row for 2 hours, was awesome. Also, met a fellow roadrunner at the Airport she getting her masters in Madison but graduated from UTSA in 2012.

Slight "beer" flavor quickly followed by hoppy bitterness. Refreshing. Reminds me of something I might get from the tap at Big Hops.

I would fill a growler with this.
